Shipping & returns

Do you ship internationally?

At the time we only ship in the United States. If you live outside of the U.S, you may want to consider using a parcel forwarding service to have your Pepper products shipped to anywhere in the world.

We are also stocked in retail stores in Europe and Australia.

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days.

You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number once your package ships.

How fast is shipping?

For orders placed within contiguous United States, standard USPS shipments are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines if you're located in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

How do I make returns and exchanges?

We offer free, easy returns & exchanges for all bra orders in the U.S.

All merchandise must be in its original state:

Clean, undamaged and unwashed.

With all original tags attached 

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

Laundry bags and Self Love Shop items are final sale and non-refundable

You will be refunded, excluding original shipping charges, to your original form of payment.

When will pre-orders ship?

You'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking link when your order ships.

Payment terms

You will be charged at the time of placing the pre-order. Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your express agreement of the company charging of your provided payment method at such time. You can cancel your pre-order at any time; our standard refund policy applies.

What if my order has non pre-order items?

We will ship items in your order as they become available. If you have an item that is in stock in your order, we will do our best to ship that first. For faster shipping, we recommend a separate order for pre-order items.


How does the fit compare with other brands?

We optimized our fit to better fit small busts; for example, Pepper cups are less deep than traditional cups.

We recommend trying the size you currently wear and ordering one other size that you think might fit you well. We offer free returns ;)

When will you offer additional sizes?

We listen closely to customer feedback to understand how we can improve sizing options. We've heard requests for smaller and bigger band sizes, and are working to bring these to you. Sign up for our email newsletter to hear about new sizes and product launches.

What if it doesn't fit?

We offer free returns for an easy peasy shopping experience. See "Shipping & Returns" section.


How should I care for my bras?

As with any undergarment, we recommend taking the extra loving step to help them last:

Handwash: we know ain't nobody got time for that, but washing lightly with cold water and mild detergent by hand can help your bra maintain its shape and quality the longest.

Use bra laundry bag: When you can't hand-wash, these mesh bags provide protection for your delicates from ruff zippers and snags while in the laundry machine.

Air dry: Skip the dryer and lay your bra flat or on a rack. The harsh heat from the dryers can deform and wrinkle your bra.

Switch it out: Wearing the same bra every day puts a lot of stress on that garment. Having a several bras in rotation reduces daily wear and tear (and gives you more colors to chose from!).

Where are your products manufactured?

Feel awesome wearing Pepper because 1) your boobs look great in it and 2) it was produced ethically.

Our garments are manufactured in Medellin, Colombia. If you've never been, we highly recommend visiting this beautiful place with lush mountains, warm hospitality and $1 fresh fruit juices (WHAT?!).

We picked this factory because of their dedication to quality craftsmanship, expertise in undergarments and social responsibility. We visited on-site, met their workers and saw their working conditions. They offer their employees fair wages, benefits and provide opportunities to single mothers and female heads of households.

Do your bras contain nickel?

The gold hardware components of the bra do contain traces of nickel and may cause an allergic reaction in someone with nickel sensitivity. We are working with our manufacturer to find different hardware pieces.

What makes Pepper unique from other bra companies?

We're inspired from small boobs, big dreams. We are a community of women who are not limited by their cup size. Unlike typical bra companies that design for the 'standard' size, we design for real bodies in the IBTC so it's always the perfect fit.

Pepper is a movement beyond bras -- we're redefining  body image standards and empowering women to celebrate the body they've got.

Why are you called Pepper?

Our brand is inspired directly from our community: fun, feminine, unique. Like the spice, we are small, but fierce. We also love that pepper is an alliteration for 'petite'!

Are you available in stores?

We currently are not available in stores in the U.S, but are interested in working with select retailers. Is there a place you usually shop from? Send them our way!
