Rewards won't expire once they're activated in your account.
The points you earned on that purchase come off your account. Points you spent on it can't be reissued.
On your birthday. If your special day is less than 1 day from the day you added it to your account, you won’t automatically get the points. Contact our CX team and we can help!
Unfortunately no, points can't be redeemed on an order once it's been placed.
