Pepper’s loyalty program is both easy-to-use and completely free! If you’ve already created an account with us, you can use that email address to log in. If not, just sign up with your email to start earning points!

If you’re shopping the Canadian, UK, or Australian version of our website, you are eligible to join the program, but please note you will earn rewards points based on USD spend. At checkout, rewards points will be redeemed in USD.

Simply make a purchase or complete any of the available tasks listed on this page like submitting a product review or following up on Instagram. You don't just earn points through making a purchase, we’ll even give you 50 points just for joining! Points will automatically upload to your account within 30 days of delivery.

You can use your email address to log-in here to view your balance and account information at any time.

Before completing your order, you will have the option to apply any applicable loyalty points under the “discount” section at checkout.

Our site is unable to accept more than one discount or promotion per order and loyalty points are therefore unable to be combined with any sales or promotions.

No worries! If you think there is an error with your points, please contact pepsquad@wearpepper.com and we will review and, if appropriate, process the changes for you. Please allow up to 3 business days for the changes to be reflected on your account.

Your points will expire 1 year from the date you signed up for the program if there is no activity or orders placed.

You can redeem up to 2,000 points or $100 USD at a time per order.

Unfortunately once the points have been used they cannot be reissued.

In order to be a part of our referral program, you must first sign up for the loyalty program and create an account. Once you are logged in, you can refer a friend from our Refer a Friend module on the Rewards page and share the URL with your friends. When your friends make a purchase you will receive 50-200 points based on your tier status.

We are sad to see you go! If you decide to leave the program please contact the Pepper team at pepsquad@wearpepper.com. Please note, once you opt out of the Pepper Perks program all points will be removed from your account. There is no cost to you for joining the program, so we hope you’ll stay indefinitely!

If you make a return, all points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account. If you earned points from a referral and your referred friend either canceled or refunded their order, the associated points will also be automatically deducted from your account.
