We put the planet and people first

Doing good is good for business. Don't you wish more companies realized that? (Us too.)

We are committed to sustainable and ethical
manufacturing practices that empower women all the
way from those who make them to those who wear them.

MEET OUR SOCIALLY
RESPONSIBLE FACTORY

Our socially responsible bra factory in Colombia pays fair market wages, employs 85% women, and prioritizes single mother heads of households where single mothers are most vulnerable to poverty.

Unlike most companies, we have a vertically integrated supply chain that minimizes our carbon footprint by manufacturing in close proximity to our material suppliers.

OUR PRODUCTS
ARE SUSTAINABLY MADE

We use OEKO-TEX®certified raw materials in our product design. OEKO-TEX®has strict standards and methods that test against harmful, toxic substances.

Our fabric mill uses less water during the dyeing process, and recycles 80% of fabric waste into other goods.

For our packaging, we use biodegradable polybags engineered to increase degradation speed in addition to 100% recyclable cardboard mailer boxes.

We’ll pay you to donate.

Once you try Pepper and realize there’s no going back, donate your old gently used bras to Free The Girls and put them to good use. Send us a pic of your donation to pepsquad@wearpepper.comand we’ll send you a 10% discount on your next Pepper purchase.
