We put the planet and people first

Doing good is good for business. Don't you wish more companies realized that? (Us too.)

We are committed to sustainable and ethical manufacturing practices that empower women all the way from those who make them to those who wear them.

Our socially responsible bra factory in Colombia pays fair market wages, employs 85% women, and prioritizes single mother heads of households where single mothers are most vulnerable to poverty.

Unlike most companies, we have a vertically integrated supply chain that minimizes our carbon footprint by manufacturing in close proximity to our material suppliers.

Our sustainably made bras use non-toxic, OEKOTEX certified fabrics that are tested and free from harmful chemicals so it’s gentle on your body and our oceans.

Our fabric mill uses less water during the dying process, and recycles 80% of fabric waste into other goods.

Our eco-conscious, recyclable cardboard mailer boxes are sustainably made using carbon neutral, Sustainable Forestry Industry (SFI) certified managed forests where more trees are planted each year than harvested.

We’ll pay you to donate.

Once you try Pepper and realize there’s no going back, donate your old gently used bras to Free The Girls and put them to good use. Send us a pic of your donation to pepsquad@wearpepper.com and we’ll send you a 10% discount on your next Pepper purchase. Cha-ching!
