I don’t recommend this bra. The quality has noticeably declined compared with 1–2 years ago. There were loose threads sticking out that I had to remove myself, which shouldn’t be necessary when buying a quality product. Some parts of the straps also rub against the skin and cause discomfort, so the hardware doesn’t seem to be very good quality either. Very disappointing compared with the older versions.

I am always a 38A, and the fit of the band is amazing! Oddly, the cups are on the small side and my ladies pop out.

I’m nervous to try a B cup as they have always been to large for me, but I might try to see if I can get a better fit.

Usually love Pepper bras, but the quality of Cotton Wirefree Bra La Vie did not live up to the price tag. The bra had poor stitching of the straps, causing the elastic fibers to stick out and poke uncomfortably. Unfortunately, I will not be wearing this bra. Added my old Pepper bra (nude) in photos for comparison of stitching styles.

I may have the wrong shape small breasts but the cups sit so wide apart that my areolas are visible. Also, the inserts get squished and shift during the wash and it literally took me 5 mins to insert them back the right way. Also, the return process is ridiculous. I need to provide photo proof of the item to be returned? The only reason I kept this bra is because i removed the tag and unlike any other store, I cannot return it like that. No thank you.

It's comfortable right when I put it on, but unfortunately the pads aren't sewn in and therefore they move around and roll up on the edges. Additionally, I've only worn it twice and the fabric is already pilling it. It has not be washed yet.

I really like the material of this bra and overall it is comfortable to wear. However, I was disappointed with the straps.
At the front of the straps there is a ring where the strap loops and attaches back onto itself. Unfortunately, this part feels quite sharp against the skin. Since the skin on the chest is very sensitive, this area presses into the skin and can feel irritating. I suspect this might be due to the elastic material used to keep the strap flexible, but it still causes discomfort.
Because of this, other models feel more pleasant to wear. I would personally prefer if the front rings were removed, as they seem unnecessary and create extra irritation.

I appreciate Pepper trying to use more natural fabric. It is soft, but not silky like SoftLife Modal. I’m okay with that. I think my skin likes the cotton. My issue is that the Large has larger cups but a shorter band than the Medium SoftLife I kept. I had recently ordered their band extenders, so I kept the bra. After all, it was an exchange for a different style that had both a short band and short straps. At least these straps are long enough. Also, I’m apparently a 38AA, so I still have a gap in the Large cup though less than in store bras.

This is my favorite style of bra from pepper but the cotton ones have removable pads that bunch and fall out in the wash. The other wire free bras of this style have built in pads. If I knew these were removable I wouldn't have purchased.

Love this bra! So comfortable that I forgot all about it went to bed with it on!

I ordered the black/gray combo set of two in size large to fit my 36 A body. The black bra fits very well in the cups, and I like the option to wear it a little tighter or looser depending on the position of the hooks. I am not a fan of racer back straps, so don't use them. The gray bra does not fit nearly as well in the cups. The removable pads do not reach to the top of the cups, creating an areas of loose fabric that are visible under clothing. Keeping them both and giving 5 stars, as I can wear the comfortable gray bra at home.

I love how soft they are, very comfortable. I don't understand why bra companies still have removable pads - just attach them permanently already! These are my first Pepper bras and I thought they were intended for small boobs. These somehow smash and flatten my boobs, almost stretching them outward instead of pushing inward in a more flattering way. The bra material also extends further out towards my armpits than most bras, making it show when wearing tank tops.

The switch from modal to cotton is a little different. Oddly, the cotton is... itchier? The straps are also made of new materials that have very scratchy ends. The fit is still great and I enjoy the neutral colors but I'm not sure if I'm loving the re-design. I still find myself reaching for the older, discontinued version of this bra.

It fits fine but I removed the cup liners. Also wish they came in white or beige.

This is a very comfortable and form fitting bra for no underwire. It doesn't make me look like I have a uni boob under shirts.

So soft and comfy! I’ve tried several things from Pepper and this is my favorite. I would love for them to make it in a few shades of “nude” since the “nude” push up bra I purchased doesn’t fit quite as well and isn’t cotton. This one stays put, looks pretty, and is just so comfy to wear!

To be honest: I have not worn the recently received black bra. However, I do have input on others I have worn. The grey Supina cotton is very comfortable, actually my favorite. The other ones are getting there. One major adjustment I have had to do: purchase bra back extenders. Even though I measure a 37”, I am wide through my rib cage to my waist. So, I have needed extra space through my upper back. I do like how the bra cups are made and fit. The bras get slightly bunchy under my arm pits, but still fit. The extenders add anywhere from .5” to 1” of extra comfort. Maybe you can design bras for my issue adjustment!

Nice and soft and breathes - important as we have our 60th day of 90+F weather this year. The straps are a little long, even at their shortest, but I pulled the hooks together like a racer back, and that works for most. The padding leaves a bit of a "shelf" under the cup, but so far it doesn't show with anything I've worn it under.

Wish they fit but the cups are just not right. I’m a small, have always been a small. But these cut in at the v and look terrible under a shirt. Disappointed. Especially since I bought 3. I wanted to love them, I really did.
