International Return Policy


International returns
We gladly accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order as long as they are unworn, undamaged, non-final sale, and with all original tags attached.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and we cannot process exchanges on international orders.

Will I get charged for return shipping?
Yes, an international return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund:
  • Canada | $20 CAD
  • Australia | $20 AUD
  • UK | £10 GBP

To start your return, head to the International Return Portal here.
  1. Enter your order number and email. (Your order number will be in your order confirmation email from
  2. Select the quantity (Qty) of the product(s) you wish to return and the return reason(s).
  3. Click the box indicating you understand the disclaimer.
  4. Print your return label and attach it to the original packaging.
  5. Drop it off at your nearest DHL Express location.
Are duties and taxes refundable on returned orders?
For Australia and UK, duty and tax are baked into the item's price, so yes, both will be refunded with the return. For Canada, duty is baked into the item's price, but tax is not; however, both are refunded.

When will my return be processed?

After your return arrives to our warehouse, the refund will be issued within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. From there, it can take your card company up to a full billing cycle to have this reflected on your bank statement. The refund will be processed to the original form of payment (or store credit, if chosen in the return portal) and, if applicable, will exclude original shipping charges and/or return handling fee. 

Can I combine returns?
Please do not combine returns from multiple orders into a single package. If you have two separate return shipping labels, please use two separate boxes.
Can I return final sale?
Final sale cannot be returned or exchanged

What if I closed the credit card I used to place my order?
We can only issue a refund back to the original form of payment. If you have a new credit card number but it’s still with the same bank (for example, your card was lost, stolen, or expired), the refund will still process back to your account within a few weeks. If the account has been completely closed, we ask that you reach out to your bank.

Returning a damaged or incorrect item?
If you've received an item which isn't quite right, please email us at as soon as possible. If applicable, describe the issue and send a picture of the damage and another picture of the PO number, which is on the black tag on the inside of the item.
Pepper is not responsible for any non-Pepper items returned back to us.
