What shipping methods do you offer?
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
Below are the shipping options for the U.S and Canada. We process and ship all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Kindly note that FedEx Express and FedEx Overnight shipping cutoff time is 12pm EST for all U.S orders. Any order placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take up to two weeks to deliver based on factors outside our control.
Shipping within the United States
- Free standard shipping for orders over $125 | 2-6 business days. Free shipping is valid on order subtotals of $125 or more (after discounts applied, before taxes). Free shipping does not include e-gift cards. For example, if you purchase one bra and a $50 gift card, a $9 shipping fee will be charged.
- Standard shipping for orders under $125 | 2-6 business days | $9
- FedEx Express | 2 business days | $30
- FedEx Overnight | 1 business day | $35
Shipping to Canada
- Free standard shipping for orders over $100 USD | 4-10 business days. Free shipping is valid on order subtotals of $100 or more (after discounts applied, before tax and duty). Free shipping does not include e-gift cards. For example, if you purchase one bra and a $50 gift card, a $15 shipping fee will be charged.
- Standard shipping for orders under $100 | 4-10 business days | $15
Please note that Taxes and Duties (if applicable) are paid at time of checkout for Canadian orders.
The basics of standard US shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse Monday - Friday. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders may not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

The original $9 shipping fee is non-refundable once the order is shipped.

Delivery usually takes 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard shipping is free if your order meets the free shipping minimum. If your order is less than this, then a shipping fee will be charged. Kindly note that free shipping does not include e-gift cards. For example, if you purchase one bra and a $50 gift card, and the subtotal is less than the free shipping minimum a shipping fee will be charged.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with the tracking link.

You can have your order delivered to an APO/FPO or PO Box address. Please note that we cannot supply a free return label on APO/FPO addresses.
The basics of express shipping
Pepper offers two different express shipping options:

FedEx Express (2 business days).

FedEx Overnight (1 business day).

We may not be able to ship your order with overnight or express shipping if you live in a remote location or if it is an APO/FPO or PO Box address.
