"Since 4th grade I have been waiting for my boobs to grow and they just simply never have lol. I remember being around 12 years old and dreaming of the day I’d make enough money that I could get a boob job. Literally horrible!!! 12 year olds should not be worrying about that. Going bra shopping and never being able to find your size and seeing models with chests that don’t look like yours sucks big time. Having people poke jokes at your size (even when you’re laughing along and joking about yourself too) takes a toll on your confidence. I like being feminine, I like feeling feminine. This was the one area that would always make me feel like less of a woman. I’ve spent so long trying to change this part of myself, but at the end of the day, just loving and accepting yourself for who you are will always be the best option. Thank you for empowering tiny titty ladies everywhere" — Rachael
"Imagine a world in which womxn were told they were beautiful just as they are? I’ve grown to love my body. Small boobs and all.
I used to be super insecure because my boobs weren’t big and I had people telling me everything from “real women have curves” to “I’d date you if you had boobs done” etc. On top of that I had the constant pressure of society telling me what a “real women’s body” look like to negate my identity as a woman of trans experience." — Jessica Zyrie
“Getting breast implants was not a decision I took lightly & I considered my options for 10 years before I actually got them.
Every so slowly my health declined...so slowly that I didn’t even consider that it was the implants (but deep down I knew...I knew I shouldn’t have put something foreign in my body; especially since I already had two autoimmune diseases).
Flash forward 6.5 years & I heard about Breast Implant Illness, then researched like crazy quickly making the decision to explant.
It’s been 15 mos & my health continues to improve (my thyroid meds have been reduced 8x!!!) & more important than anything I NOW LOVE & APPRECIATE WHAT GOD (+ a lift) GAVE ME.
I’m 100% happy with my breasts. I appreciate what I went through because it has allowed me to help my clients through BII, their explants, & detox afterward (I’m a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner).
My @wearpepper bra is my absolute favorite because it is super apparent that it was actually made for small chested women. It fits without gaps & is cute... I don’t feel like I am wearing a bra made for a teen.” — Gretchen Tseng
"My name is Alex Dacy and I have a physical disability. Because of my body shape and how little disabled bodies are represented in the bra industry, bra shopping is always been a huge challenge for me. Bodies are all different shapes and sizes and i strongly believe every body should have the opportunity to feel sexy and have a positive lingerie or bra shopping experience. Because I can never find a bra that fits me, it has definitely discouraged me from feeling as sexy as I do in these bras. & let me tell you, I’ve never felt more sexy wearing these bras by @wearpepper that fit me ✨perfectly✨ I’ve literally never worn a bra that I’ve felt this amazing in that fits this well. Obsessed." — Alex
My self love and body positivity journey is an ongoing journey dealing with gender dysphoria. When I first started my transition I had to throw out everything I owned and start new. Bra shopping was especially difficult because I never quite filled out a bra the way I wanted, which led to countless ill-fitting bra purchases. I also used to hide behind gapping bras in order to look more feminine, until I just gave up on bras altogether. But for once I actually feel a difference with my Pepper bras. I no longer experience weird gaps in the cups. I actually want to wear a bra again because they look so good, on top of being extremely comfortable with my smaller breasts. — Jada
"I’ve always been pretty self conscious of my chest area so I found it easier to just go braless or wear a sports bra! To this day I don’t feel feminine and pretty enough to wear certain shirts. I’ve always felt more comfortable leaning in to my masculine side because my body type doesn’t have much curve to it and femininity is always portrayed with curves." — Izzy
"I have this combination of a small chest but also needing a bigger band size and that was hard to find. I was very hesitant to try out Pepper but as soon as I had it on it was perfect! I was ready to give up on bras but this one gave me confidence I can actually find bras that fit! And of course they make me feel confident and beautiful in my body that I am learning to love everyday. It’s important for us to remember that all bodies are good bodies and we need to show it some love." — Molly
“As a transgender woman, finding a bra can be a struggle. I've got the wide rib cage and small breasts, typical of transfeminine people, so finding the right size is almost impossible. When I search online I see my selection go from thousands of bras to just a few dozen because I selected the size 40A. Most of the bras I used to buy still had cup sizes that were way too big for an A cup.
Then came Pepper. When I wear my Pepper bra, I feel like it's a bra designed for me, with my body in mind. The cups fit perfectly, the band isn't too tight, and I can stride through my day with comfort and support. For me, Pepper means confidence.” — Vanessa Hoskins
